The Artist
Modeling
- In 1999 I started my modeling career in NYC. I have worked as a runway model, spokes model, brand advertising, and fashion photography. I retired from modeling at the age of 30 to focus on my writing career. Nevertheless, I still offer my modeling work to non profit companies free of cost.
In Nothing Something is Found Looking for Exhibit Space
- In 2017, after noticing its beauty, I decided to start saving all the photos that all of the sudden happens by chance that came out abstract. The purpose of this project is to share with the viewer the beauty that can be found in the simplicity of an accident photo.
Love is Everywhere Looking for Exhibit Space
- In 2018 I started a praying for the world movement. On that day, I noticed a heart on my coffee mug. The phenomenon continues and I have decided to share with the world. The project is divided into hearts by nature and hearts by human. The artist envision an exhibition where they can be across from each other.
Performance
- In 2018 I participate in my first performance at the Queens Museum of Art Itinerant Performance Art Festival 2018 as a guest artist with Anarkolab New Configurations to Queer Family Project. Since then I'm looking for more opportunities to participate in artistic performances and have a few ideas of my own.
Visual Arts
Skin of site-specific
2018
- This project is a collective creation. A multimedia work where images, symbols, stickers, letters, etc were collected from cities. It comes from many people around the world that come to the streets to communicate; with others that they know, with themselves, with random people or with the city itself. My function within this project was to collect the materials around the world and in Manhattan, often with the artist, and to discuss ideas on how each skin moving forward should look like. I'm seeking more opportunities to collaborate on visual art projects with other artists.
